RAC Pet Dog/Cat Carrier Plastic Portable Transport Large Cage Black/Silver

Bought this for bringing out 8 week old Cocker Spaniel home. Was worried it wouldn’t be big enough but he had loads of room even with a big thick blanket in it. It’s not the sturdiest feeling carrier and I don’t think the clips would withstand being taken on and off many times but I’ll just keep it assembled. The door locking system seems very secure. Overall I’m very happy with the carrier and think it’s a real bargain for the price. RecommendedUpdate - 3 weeks down the line and we’ve used the pet carrier loads. It’s stood up to regular use really well and at 11 weeks our pup still has plenty of room

This is the best cat carrier out there. No niggling worries that this will open or fall apart when carrying it. It's large inside. Quality product.

Bought same brand for family member pets before, liked it so much bought one for my kitten.It's sturdy, big and can fairly easily remove the top tray if i need access to my cat (like in vets).However unlike the previous carrier i had this one wasn't fitted as well. The teo trays were a struggle to fit together the first time and clamp the clamps. The small plastic securers on either side of door were even worse and one just snapped. It's not a big deal and it's just as secure, but not 5 stars

I didn't use the water tray as I found it would spill water when opening door, or if you put food in it then the car would rip it off trying to get food.Its strong sturdy and a brilliant price. Bought it to take cat to vets, put a blanket in it and the cat sleeps in it all the time, must be a happy environment for him!Has lasted well over a year with alot of use with the unwell kittyWould recommend for sure!

Our large (small dog size) cat is able to stretch out in this carrier and sit up very comfortably in it. Well made and lightweight, easy to put together. Cats happy and comfortable in it, not a peep from him in the car and will sleep in it in the house. Definitely worth every penny.

Often the request to review products is made too soon. With a product like this which will only very occasionally be used the true test will be if it lasts! This was brought for the occasional trip to the vets for my large and overweight cat and looks like it will do the job and was cheap. The door mechanism is good and appears sturdy however I am not convinced the clips around he edge are very strong and one of them refuses to clip although way in. Nevertheless the box seems secure enough so I am not going to return it.

This is just perfect size wise. My previous cat carrier I had for over 20 years. Once this one arrived I assembled it and attached it to a small lightweight sack barrow I have. I had gone out for a few hours and when I returned the cats were not at the door as they normally do when I come home. After looking round checking their usual hideout areas I finally found them both in the carrier fast asleep. This is the perfect size for my two cats.

Item is for my bigger cat the plastic it very cheap and seems like would easily break. Clips are hard to snap into place as afraid it would break. Door is hard to put on. All seems cheaply made. Let's see how long it will last. As one trip to the vets and one clip is broken. Expected more from RAC and the price
