Not Quite Wagyu & Unhelpful Customer Service
The steaks were shipped in dry ice and arrived a week after ordering. Each steak was individually vacuum packed and still frozen. Once thawed, they have a liver-colored shade and not red or marbled. Once grilled to medium rare, they taste very lean and chewy - not quite as good as Safeway's USDA Select which I tried once and will not buy again. I also had some delivery issues and found their customer service to be pleasant but unhelpful.
