They don't seem super cheap at all. The hand gripper is definitely plastic so I don't know how this would work for therapy. You might want something better but this is great if you wanted to try it out! I bought this for my "safe" spot in my classroom where students could go to take a break if they needed. I didn't want to put any "toys" in this spot and wanted to provide some strategies they might use while they are on their break. I'll give an update to the durability later but you can't beat 4 dollars for these items for sure!

I am a rock climber who can't climb during the lockdown, so it's nice to have something for my hand strength. It's also great physical therapy, as I am rehabilitating a severe finger injury (which I've gone to PT for... if you want to use it for rehab ask your doctor.)

Impulse purchase for my arthritis. Finger bands don't fit, hand exerciser is cheaply made, little resistance. YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS ITEM. First time I've ever encountered this on Amazon, must now read the fine print for every purchase, or go elsewhere.

Stretchers worked great as is. Squeezer was sticky and had sharp edges. A few drops of oil made it function smoother and I trimmed the corners with a utility blade. Feels and works fine now.

The package deal to build up strength in my hands was great value for the price.

The grip strength trainer broke in 30 seconds. The internal male split pin snapped at the female interface.
