These are great! I suppose I'm about an average size, I can wear a 32C or 32D depending on the bra but I still felt small. Too many people have made comments toward me so I've been thinking about getting enhancements since I was in high school. I wanted to know what I would look like and how it would feel to carry around full D's on my frame. These are the best way to do this! I had to go buy a 32DD bra for them to look natural, and for the bra to lay flat (my regular push ups bulged from having them in and did not look natural). They look great in thin bras I already had but in order to look good in a push up, I had to buy a new bra. They still bounce and move like breasts, it must be very good silicone! Passed the hug test according to my honest girlfriends.I will say if I go running with them in my sports bra, they cause more sweating than usual. Also, if you want to wear them with bandeaus, I highly suggest wearing double sided tape to keep them in place.Definitely a great way to experiment with your size! Play around with them a bit, they have to sit a certain way to look natural. Also a much cheaper than getting enhancements! I say go for it if you've ever been self conscious about your size. Well worth it for how I feel when I wear them!

I gave these 3 stars.. reason one the dimensions listed are not accurate so I expected this item to be bigger around. reason 2 I am currently a 32DDD so because the dimensions are not what I was described these are too small for my current size.I am keeping them in hopes they will work out once I am back to my old prepreggo size 32DDD. I do like the way they contour to your shape and would recommend them to someone with a smaller cup size for filling in that size difference in the girls or even there purpose of making you a bit bustier.

I bought this product for my mom to try due to her lumpectomy years ago. She was a C but one of her breast is a B after surgery. So I bought the A size and now she feels evenly comfortable with both as a C. I would, however, use this in a bra that deters them from moving too much, like a masectomy bra of some type.

Comfortable gel insert but only to use as a 'lifter / enhancer. I would love to see the same type of product but something that covers the entire breast instead of just a push up enhancer. Seems to slide down a little after wear, so when you take it out it is stuck under the breast. I do however like the 'dart' that is manufactured into the gel. It gives it a little better contour of the breast.

it does stick to skin a bit even if i'm just wearing it on a normal day. might try w/ baby powder next time to see if it will be better. it feels real and fits well. mine didnt come in the box as pictured in the listing. bit sketchy

Great shape but will need tape to keep in place! I wore these for a weekend and they had a tendency to show but boob tape should fix the problem.

It's OK, but it doesn't really make the breast look fully bigger. At least for me, it's too small even though I got the recommended size. it feels real but looks like you stuffed your bra with a sock.

When one doesn't have much to show as a A cup, having something that doesn't look natural and feels very uncomfortable doesn't make things better. Sorry to say, I had great expectations but this product didn't fulfill them.
