If you are into making wooden signs that require a lot of clamps, buy these right now. I got them and so much stress was lifted off as I was able to glue things and then clamp them. And not fighting with a huge clamp.

I have used C-Clamps for edging & molding work for years. The C-Clamps are costly , hard to use, require 2 hands to tighten, could easily leave marks on the wood, and are heavy. These Irwin Quick Grip clamps cost less, are much easier to use, can even be used with one hand, don't leave marks on the wood, and are much lighter weight. Their light weight is a big plus when working with smaller items. Great for gluing or holding pieces while they are fastened together. The item in the picture was 7' long and was not deformed by the weight of the clamps while the glue was setting up.

Clamps for regular use. Very good and strong. Multiple clamps can be used to make a perfect arrangement of desired fixtures.
