Casemade Apple iPad Pro 11 (2018) Premium Grade Luxury Real Italian Leather Case/Cover (Compatible Model Numbers: A1980, A2013, A1934, A1979) (Black)

The case is pretty and the material feels like actual leather. My problem is that my 2018 iPad Pro did not fit (and yes, I did order the correct model of the case). The ipad’s upper right corner would not fit into the lip that is intended to hold it in place. If I had pushed any harder trying to get it in, I’m sure I would have broken the glass on the iPad. I believe the problem has to do with the raised camera lens which is also in the upper right corner. In any event, because of the poor fit, closing the cover would not put the iPad into sleep mode. I returned the case.

This is a well-built case that looks great. I'm a fan of the design for several reasons. The rigid back and continuous left edge provide better bend protection than more expensive cases made with a rubbery back. At the same time, the open top, bottom, and right edge show off the beautiful design of the latest iPad Pro 11 nicely. The one problem—and it is a deal killer for me—is that my iPad wouldn't fully lock into it. The right upper and lower corners wouldn't fully wrap around the iPad's edges. This may be the reason many case designers use the rubbery back. Apple has confirmed that the manufacturing process makes it nearly impossible to get a fully flat back with the new iPad design so even an imperceptible warp will create fit issues with rigid backs like the one used for this case design. I'm speculating here, of course, but it makes sense.I ended up going with the Zugu Muse, which is more expensive with less bend protection. And it hides the beautiful edges of the iPad. That said, it offers a perfect fit, even higher build quality, better drop protection—particularly along the edges, and a really versatile stand design that works in just about any scenario.

I bought this case for my iPad Pro 11” and the case simply did not fit. There was absolutely no way to get the pad seated in it without damaging it. I ended up with an Otterbox which fit perfectly.Avoid this.

Actually it’s very nice leather case, BUT it is not fit properly to my Ipad Pro very sad!
