Good product but pay attention to what you will mount them on
I needed to hang a rather heavy hand-loomed rug. These clamps looked like they would do the trick. They are sturdy and grip the rug well without causing any damage. The only problem I had was finding something that the clamp fit over in order to attach the u-shaped bracket to. I scoured 2 different home improvement stores to find something that fit inside that u-shape. All the wood pieces were to wide.I am not sure what the open dimension of the bracket is supposed to fit (they came with no instructions or information) but whatever it is, it is not readily available. Fitting a standard piece of wood would have been much more helpful. I finally found something that fit in the vinyl fencing section of Home Depot. Had I not done so, I would have had to return them. The clamps work great but I wish I didn't have to go on a scavenger hunt to find something that they fit over.NOTE TO SELLER: Revise clamp so they are wider and fit over standard wood product width
