Failed in less than a year
The disk stopped working. None of my computers can detect it and and it can no longer be partitioned of formatted. Curiously, there is no seller profile for QNINE in Amazon. I went to a QNINE web site and found a customer service email. Hopefully, they honor the 5 year warranty. Notably, the SSD is not among the products offered at the QNINE web site: there are nvme enclosures including one that looks a lot like the one this disk comes in, but none of the enclosures are offered with a disk.Edit: Managed to get it working by disassembling it, re-seating the nVme ssd disk into the adapter connector and re-assembling it. It seems that it had come lose. QNINE customer support offered to refund it upon receipt if it fails again.

Heating problem
The hard drive becomes very hot when it is connected to the computer.

1TB, fast, tiny and light
I'm using this Qnine SSD to store my music collection with a second one to back it up. I transfered 600GB in just a couple of hours plugged into the usbC/thunderbolt of my new MAC mini. I don't plan to carry it around but if I did it is so thin and light that I wouldn't think twice about popping it into my pocket.

What warranty or tech support?
So far so good. Using as a storage device for video content. Unable to find how to register for the limited 3 year warranty or what the limitations are for this warranty. Am subtracting 1 star because of this.

Great size and storage capacity
This is a good mix of price, size and storage capacity. It connected easily to my laptop and I easily attached and removed. The protective rubber case is nice and also comes with a nice little carry pouch. The item does get a little warm when attached for a while and during quite heavy use, but nothing major. I have not used the tech support but will update if I ever do. I have also not been using it very long so cant comment on its durability yet but will update if problems occur

Be very careful when handling this ssd, it's very sensitive to drops!
It's a great ssd but it has it flaws. It's cheaply made and it's very sensitive to drops. So it's not fully protected for any type of drops. Mine stopped working after being dropped to a wooden floor and it wasn't a big drop either.Bright side about this ssd (m.2) it can be easily replaced and not too hard at all to open it up. Another thing I like is the long cord it gives you and the adapter to go from usb c to usb 3.0 It's also great for having a portable operating system like Linux or Windows.I would say it's still a great purchase but you just got to be very careful about letting it drop or placing it too hard down on your desk. So be careful handling it or I would recommend getting a case just to be safe. I personally would only use it for backup's or games on there. Don't trust putting any data on there without a backup of it or you'll regret it. Luckily for me I only had steam games installed on there so I didn't loss anything important.

Great Little M.2 Enclosure
It is not much bigger than the actual M.2 device, so it can't get much smaller - it fits in my eyeglass case with my glasses. It comes with a tiny screwdriver in case you don't have one - easy to remove 2 screws from the case end and install the M.2. The only issue I had was the M.2 rattles inside the case - I fixed this with a little foam tape stuck in the opposite end.

Plug and go
I had to supply my own usb-c to c cable for my new iMac. Once done, it worked without a hitch to make a bootable backup with trusty ole SuperDuper.
