QNINE SATA Card PCIe 6 Port with 6 SATA Cables, PCIe SATA Controller Expression Card with Low Profile Bracket, Boot as System Disk, Support 6 SATA 3.0 Devices

False advertising, "BUT If your motherboard has RAID function, you could make a RAID with this SATA card". Not true at all. Tested on 4 PCs. 2 Intel and 2 AMD PCs. None of them were able to pickup the drives and detected the card in Intel Rapid Storage Technology or in AMD RaidXpert, both Xpert 1 and 2. It only detected in Windows Device Manager which is not acceptable. Showed up in Bios as IDE and on Boot-up screen, but there was no option at all to change anything. No option to change it to AHCI or Raid which is very disappointing. Just in case if you didn't know, IDE is a very old thing. It is NOT SATA 3. It may have Sata 3 chipset but device are in IDE, which is NOT SATA3 speed. I did a speed test but forgot to take a picture of it. It was below Sata 2 speed. HORRIBLE. IDE is only up to 133MB/s. This is unacceptable. I spend weeks messing with it trying to figure out a way to get into it and there was nothing. The manual is completely useless and everything on there, I already knew and tried. I should not have to call tech support to even configure this and I'm already a tech myself. This card is useless and not worth the money.

My hard drives disconnect periodically. It is really annoying when you are trying to run a server.

I run my 6 optical drives out of this and have no issues with it
