Bear Creek Soup Mix, Chicken Noodle, 9.3 Ounce

The package made quite a lot of soup. We made it according to package directions. The flavor was a little bland, but not bad. The vegetables were not very good. Some of the veggies were still kind of dried out tasting after cooking. We did end up with leftovers and the soup was slightly better and veggies softer the next day. Although it was worth trying, I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I bought this because of the reviews, but unfortunately I made it when I had a house full of company and no one like it. Has hot pepper or something in it but 5 people here did not like it because the vegetables were too hard. I am stuck with a package so I might try putting in the crock pot all day and maybe the peas won't be crispy.

Just add water, makes a half-gallon, and the taste is wonderful. They're a meal, full bodied, loaded with noodles, carrots, peas and seasonings.

Bear Creek Chicken Noodle Soup mix makes a very feel-good soup! I poach a chicken breast, pull the meat off, and add it to the soup. (I don't care for little cubes of chicken.). This makes it a very hearty soup that tastes good. All of the Bear Creek mixes are easy to make.

BEAR CREEK SOUPS ARE THE VERY BEST. THEY ARE BETTER THAN HOME MADE IN MY OPINION. EASY TO MAKE AND IT MAKES A LOT OF SOUP. JUST ADD YOUR OWN COOKED CHICKEN OR EAT IT MEAT LESS. EITHER WAY IT IS DELICIOUS. IT IS THE ONLY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP I BUY.

I tend to make this the day after I bake a whole chicken, saving some pieces to add to the soup. For a dry mix, this is really good with a strong flavor. The noodles and veggies bot have a great texture.

I added some roasted chicken, a bit of salt and pepper and a couple dashes of curry powder and it came out great. It does take a bit longer to cook down than it says. Still a super quick and easy hearty meal. (Even better as leftovers)

This soup mix makes a hearty soup, packed with flavor, all the warmth of home-made, without all the prep work, and in less time than home-made! The packaging shows the scrumptious, wholesome ingredients found inside. Great this time of year, (though enjoyed year-round), as the cooler temperatures come upon us. Very satisfying!
