GREAT for boxing skill practice OR as a competition game!
The media could not be loaded. My husband saw a semi-pro boxer at his boxing club using this and wanted one. We got it and he found out it is A LOT harder than it seems. You need to give it a good 5 minutes to get the idea down and start making contact back to back because the target (ball) is so small..but that is a good thing. This CAN be used for beginners, but they may get frustrated. This is definitely great for mid-level to expert boxers. Other things to note...you should definitely wear eye wear (regular seeing glasses will do) because the string will bounce back from the headband and hit your eye if you don't. There are two sets included in this package and we cannot tell what the difference is n them besides color. They seem the same length, weight, etc. So, you could give them to two kids and have a competition, which would be fun....and funny! My husband wore the silicone headband and used it for 10 minutes and said it got a little uncomfortable and he wishes it was softer, but I thought it was fine (wearing it for about 3 minutes). It is a very simple invention that makes a lot of sense and will be good to help pass the time and prepare to fight for resources at the end of the world when we are all relegated to our homes from CVD9. lol

Strap it on and have fun!
Will this improve your eye-and-hand coordination. Yes, it will, but only if you take the time to practice a bit each day. Not only that, but as the ball moves around you can work on your footwork as well. A third benefit is that it is engrossing and good to help develop focus. It is inexpensive, doesn't require any hardware to mount on a wall or pole, etc., and works better than advertised if you put in the practice. So strap on the headband, center it on your forehead and have fun. Oh, and maybe put on a pair of safety glasses just in case, though the balls are soft.

Fun, funny and worth it!!
We found this to be entertaining, and helpful with the two family members who have ADHD. The crazy part is that the “harder ball” was easier to manage than the one for beginners. No matter who is using it, or who is watching, your guaranteed to relieve some stress and, Have a good laugh! Great for gift giving during the holiday season especially white elephant gifts for family or work place! Being a person who relies heavily on reviews; I would recommend this product!!

It does exactly what it says.
Took my about 30 minutes to get the hang of it. Definitely does exactly what its meant to. For the price the quality is decent. The black ball has a thinner elastic cord/softer ball so it is easier to use then the red ball. The red ball is a bit harder and the cord is thicker so your reaction time needs to be faster. Also got clipped a couple times in the balls so be careful hahahaha.

Silly
I saw a guy using this at a track once. It was hilarious so I instantly purchased it. It’s fun to pull out when drinking with friends. If you are taking it seriously, it can be tough! But still fun and silly. The head bad kind of warps from being folded up.

It helps me release energy and stress after my days work
Like others have said, this helps with your reflex, the gloves aren't included in the order but you dont necessarily need a boxing glove to hit the balls....This is one way I relieve stress when I get off work, s very good way to burn off energy whilst in your living room

Very useful training tool that can be used anywhere
Love this reflex ball when I need to get a quick training session in at home, in the gym, and on the go. I travel for work and bring this a long great when I'm in my hotel room. You'll definitely notice hand eye coordination improvement moving up in difficulty with the 2 reflex balls. overall great simple product
