Android 9.0 Car Stereo for Volkswagen VW 2+16G 9inch with Canbus GPS Navigation Head Unit Quad Cord Bluetooth OBD WiFi Mirror Link Car Radio SWC GPFATTRY

Bought this unit because I installed a rear view camera and wanted a decent size screen. The fit is perfect, camera view is good. I had a few canbus issues, but received excellent support from Lynne Lin. Sent me a new canbus and it seems to have fixed the issues. There are a couple issues that are based on my preference, like not being able to change from metric to Imperial for the car info screen that shows mileage, fuel, speed and such. If you're using metric it's a non issue. Not all steering wheel controls work with the phone like the OEM unit, but I'm fine with it. I could suggest this seller on excellent customer support alone. Edit: The unit did not work after the part they sent. However after a little troubleshooting we decided to just replace it. I installed about a week ago and have not had any issues.Thank you Lynne for all your work.

Customer service was great and very responsive to all my questions, so I had high hopes when I placed my order. Unfortunately I experienced issues that wouldn't let me keep the radio.1) My biggest concern was that the radio seemed to be overheating. When I first installed it and used it for a few minutes, the radio was already getting hot. When I uninstalled it after driving home, the back of the radio was almost too hot to touch. Due to that issue I was not comfortable leaving it installed in my vehicle.2) I have a convertible and driving the car when the sun is out means I can't use the radio. The screen was completely blacked out by the sun, so much so that I wasn't able to see anything at all on the screen.3) the can bus included did not work with my vehicle, a 2008 VW Eos.4) even though it says it fits a 2008 VW Eos, the bottom edge of the radio is a teeny bit too large for the stock frame to comfortably fit over it. If I pushed it over the radio to complete the install, it would have made it very difficult to remove the frame without breaking it.

Fairly easy installation eventhough the instructions were minimal. Also there's no printed manual for the radio or the built in apps( was a little of straggle to figure some of them).In addition, the canbus module is not compatible with my car and had to email with their support back and forth a few time until they told me it would not work with my car, this feature monitors your car info( temp. Speed., etc) so unfortunately mine displays everything in metric and farenheit unit and no way to change this, so if tis is important to you make sure you double check with the seller.Other thant that the radio is great and eventhough they couldn't fix the canbus issue the tech support was very helpful.

It fits very well in 2013 VW Jetta 2.0 L+big screen+Touchscreen responses fine- I use Samsung Galaxy S8+ and it's not always playes music and video over Bluetooth and MirrorLink, while IphoneX plays it always without any problem.- Position of sensor buttons are not the best, always accidentally hit them when try to touch screen- It's android based stereo, so when you start a car and takes a good 10 seconds to start stereo.Over all, I like the produdct 4/5 only because of BT and wifi connection problem with my Galaxy.Will update it later, if this issue will be solved.

I originally bought a different stereo, which I returned two of because of issues after installation. This stereo, however, was truly plug and play. It sounds great, pairs seamlessly with my phone, etc.. Great product.

Amazon didn't let me put a picture of broken screen but it had the screen had line going across it when starting it up

Its been a few months now and the stereo has stopped working as intended. Started by loosing volume to my car speakers and later reduced the sound quality. The touch screen stopped working am stuck on one radio channel

Screen is ok for viewing, units are both working well, they look like OEM fit in MK6 Jetta and a MK5 Rabbit.
