Takes time...the second one I ordered i put in the dryer for 30 minutes on warm and it came out great. I would recommend the company put that in there instructions.

THICK. Doesn't smoosh down. Had them for over a week now. Takes getting use to after using a contour pillow for years but no stiff neck & my husband hasn't woke me up snoring! He had the same pillow for longer than I want to admit because he doesn't like change. He actually likes this pillow, WOW! It was really cool, shipped rolled in a heavy thick log. Unrolled to about 2 inches thick, kept looking over at it getting bigger & bigger. Holy cow! BIG, THICK, HEAVY PILLOW--give it a try!

I was waking up in the morning with numbness in both arms and hands. The doctor asked me how old was my pillow. I never imaged an old pillow would have caused the problems I was experiencing but after replacing it with this pillow the numbness has gone away. Come to find out that my old pillow had flatten over the years so I would fold it to prop my head up. I was cutting off my blood circulation. But I love my new pillow. It firmly supports by head without any problems.

I purchased two of these pillows, and after I opened them I noticed they had an incredibly strong chemical smell. The smell was so harsh that it actually made my eye burn! Yes I’ll be requesting a refund!

I ordered this pillow for my son and it was fantastic. I liked it so much I ordered one for me. But when mine arrived it was so overly puffy and stuffed that it is very difficult to sleep on. I gave it about a week and is still way too full. My son's was perfect. I expected the same.

This pillow is exactly what I wanted. My wife has been using a similar pillow that she paid $80 for and we both love them. I get a good night's rest and the pillow supports my head perfectly. I am a side sleeper and my head an neck stay aligned perfectly with my spine. The pillow supports mt head perfectly and it stays cool all night. I heartily recommend this pillow for anyone who is not getting a good night's rest due to a poor pillow now.

When this pillow showed up in a little duffle bag that was heavy and hard, I had some concerns. I took it out of the duffle bag and unrolled it and it looked like it would make a sturdy doormat. I left the room for a minute and when I got back, the pillow had grown to normal size, and it is a wonderful pillow so far. I get very hot when I am asleep and this does seem to make a difference. It also supports my head comfortably, without causing my head to have to be too high or too low. I know pillows change over time, but so far I love everything about this one.
