Stays put - super stable. Using on an aluminum chassis to attach to both ball heads and leveling heads on a tripod.

DO NOT BUY! Rails are not proper ARCA width and will not stay in mount. Almost lost expensive piece of gear due to this rail adapter.

Bought for my husband and fits on his gun. Fits perfectly and is very well made.

Does not match RRS plate width
While the product seems solid enough, the plate width is narrower than my RRS plates. For me this is a deal breaker as I don't want to resize every time I use a different plate. If you don't care about width conformity then this might be an good product.
