I had no problem using them on large pads. I remove the old sticky and put these on. Sometimes I put them over the other sticky pads and they work fine. So much cheaper than replacing the pads. Note: These are just the sticky gel and not the pads.

I have a Quell pain device and the replacement pads are crazy expensive. I have found I can replace them with these for a fraction of a cost (think $6 per month as opposed to $60)

The pads were really sticky when putting them into my ab toner and were great for the first use, sticking without unpeeling, but after that first use when I went to use it again the next day and the pads started to peel away after only being on for a few minutes. gave 4 stars as the amount you get is still good for price, and general quality of them is good
