Works but USB-C Cable was bad
I was able to use the drive adaptor with the USB-A connector and another adaptor to USB-C but the USB-C cable that came with the drive adaptor (enclosure) was not working. It was an intermittent fault that was very difficult to track down because it could have been other things. In the end, that cable was bad and not worth my time to send back.
