Q: What are the dimensions for inner pots for both small and medium planters?

I do not know the dimensions of the medium planter. The inside pot for the small planter: 3 inches tall x 3 inches inside diameter at the top and 2 1/2 inch diameter at the bottom. There is about 1 inch of space from the bottom of the reservoir to the bottom of the inside pot. In my experience, the wick is way too large for the pot size. So it is best not to have too much wick extending into the bottom of the planting pot.

Q: How do I place the string?

Plants and soil are placed directly on the inner white pot ,The function of the rope is transporting the water. You could found that there are some small holes under the white pot, and you could through the rope, one end into the water, and the other end put it into the clay. Note: Please note that watering the plant can not exceed the inner basket,otherwise it will cause the plant to die of flooding. thank you for your attention! Sincerely, FENGZHITAO
