Well apart from amazing packaging this truly has to be seen in its true form “it’s beautiful”. As per instructions you will need to clean this with some orange peel or lemon to make sure it’s 100% clean add boiling water then let sit for 30mins rinse off with boiling water. The item comes with a 2 pin plug and a usb lead but you can just use the usb if you have sockets in the home or you will an adapter.So tried my 1st cup and have to say it’s amazing in taste I find it hard to actually believe and I used just normal tap water. Definitely recommended item

Comparing the cost of it ot is a very poor quality product!!! Do not waist your money!!! I got the product on Oct. For 2 months the battery needed to be charged every 2 days. (Calculating here that i drink 2 lt of water per day, always, it does not change!!!) From the 3 month needed to be charged every day and after 2 weeks 2 times per day and now, after 4 months, to be able to work must be all the time under charge plug otherwise it does not switch on. I contacted all what are in here but but but... Shortly, do not waist your money!!!

They don't replace the glass after mine broke, so keep this in mind when buying.

When the unit has produced hydrogen water and i take off the lid i can immediately smell ozone gasses, i have an ozone generator and know what ozone smells like and although it does not mention ozone in the description it is stated that there will only be hydrogen in the water, i can definitely smell ozone gasses so the description is misleading, very annoyed about not being given the full picture and will be sending straight back!

If you suffer from really bad LPR. This is life saver. Changed mine after 30 yrs if suffering. I can also now eat a little more in my diet because of how high the alkaline is. One thing to remember. Drink the water within an hour of making it and kerp the lid on tightly. Makes a big difference to the PH.

Love this gadget. Makes me drink lots of water and maybe works miracles too

In a couple of months I realized this was a sub standard product. The flaks leaks and water tastes bitter. Avoid this is a poorly built product
