Takes 3 months to feel the effects
I am still on my first bottle. If I buy 3 months worth I'm $60 in to it if it doesn't work. I have not yet felt any benefits from using it yet.

It has done nothing to help my pain. I also urinate bright yellow which means a lot of the ingredients are being absorbed in to my system. Therefore is of no benifit. Also the 1 bottle is good for only 2 weeks. Which makes it expensive. I’m going to return it today.

Bioperine heart rate accelerate
Definitely feel a difference but it contains Bioperine which for me increase my heart rate because is derived black pepper
