Great cup, in common with other bamboo cups the thermal efficiency is poor but it is supplied with a heat-proof sleeve to protect your hand. The lid is very secure and doesn't dribble but the silicone (I think) seal for the drinking and vent hole broke the very first time I used it. That loses a star but for me might be a pain if you use it for commuting.

Looks ok, is tough and sturdy, screw on cap - all good thingsUnfortunately the solid plastic lid (as opposed to the soft flexible silicone of other brands) is horrible to drink from. Plus the air hole, needed to allow the liquid to flow properly, is sited exactly where your nose hits the lid when drinking and blocks the air and thus the flow of liquid. The little rubber tab on the top also does not rotate easily out the way.This cup will be consigned to the back of the cupboard for use only when the others are broken / lost / left at work.

Nice looking weighty cup that doesn't tip over in car or on the train. Screw top is good and seals well, holds grande size drink and stays hot for a long time. Need to keep an eye on the little seal inside the lid when cleaning as I think this could easily be lost. Would recommend.

I was aware I was throwing too much away but enjoy my takeaway coffees and teas. So I bought this reusable cup. Literally " green" the cup arrived promptly and you just take the silicone bits off and stick it in the dishwasher after use and good to go again. Liked the catchy brand name too reusaboo!

The cup is very strong and durable. However, the rubber ring that enables you to hold it when it is hot is a little thin. And the top cover, which keeps the cup sealed when you transport it, is a little difficult to sip from. Not bad, but I have others that are easier to drink from.

Really pleased with my purchase of the Reusaboo travel mug.Used for the first time this morning on my drive to work, my tea was still piping hot when I arrived 45mins later. The silicone sleeve made it comfortable to hold and it fit snuggly into my car cup holder.The lid on the mug is really tight (no spillages when tipped upside down). My previous travel mugs have been metal and this affected the taste of the drink, I was pleasantly surprised this was not the case here. My tea didn’t have a metallic taste!Definitely a great purchase, I’ve already recommended to some colleagues.

As someone who is trying to be as zero-waste as possible this is a fantastic option.It's super light weight for when it's not needed, thin enough to fit into small spaces and is very durable..When in use it keeps my drink hot on my journey to work (although wouldn't recommend if needed for a long period)My only downfall with the product is that the decal does not line up, although that isn't too much of an issue, more my OCD!Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a reusable and affordable option!

the cup is a good size and more pleasant than metal ones. I don't like drinking from metal containers. It was delivered very promptly. I will order more for my family. Ordered 2 more cups. they are pleasant to use and does affect the taste of the beverage.
