I used these bands for glute and leg workouts. I bought these because there were reasonably priced, but have now ordered fabric bands for a higher price instead. You get what you pay for, I guess. For what I was using them for, they continuously slipped, just non-stop as I switched between different workout forms. I had to re-adjust them for every single movement I made. Honestly, it slips so much that it makes you want to rage-quit half-way through your workout. I do not recommend for glute and leg workouts.

Does exactly as stated. Adds a new dynamic to workouts. These are the kind of bands that tend to roll initially if you don't ensure they're placed properly on your legs, but any band of this kind will do the same.

I was looking for some resistance bands to use for home workouts while we're all in lockdown. Unfortunately, these ones are too small to be used for many exercises and one (the second lightest) snapped on its first outing, without putting it under any extraordinary strain.I imagine other options are more robust.

A great set of resistance bands which cover a wide range. Supplied with a carrying bag which is handy for keeping them all together, they take up little space so no excuses for not taking them with you for a workout when you're away from home.Delivered super quick too!

As a Personal Trainer these are great quality Resistance Bands and use these regular for my clients leg day!There are a good range of light and heavy bands, which is great for all different levels of fitness and strengths.They're awesome as they are portable for travelling to clients and doing Outdoor sessions.Very happy with these!!
