Converts an iPad to a laptop!
Love this little keyboard - it transformed my abandoned iPad into the coolest mini computer that I now use everyday! Completely restored and re-enlisted a lifeless device into daily usage! Its just the perfect size to type a quick text, email, browse, and simple things like that without having to sit at the computer desk or put a hot and annoying laptop on my lap! I had it for about a month and I haven't even had to recharge it once yet! So yes, the battery lasts. I still have to charge my iPad regularly, the keyboard has a separate battery of its own that lasts forever. The colors are cool too, if you're in the dark. I mostly have them off though since I'm usually in a lit room. Make note that this is blue tooth so it means your iPad won't be connecting to blue tooth speakers or anything else simultaneously, but I use my phone for music streaming, and this for typing, so that's not an issue for me. This is definitely one of the best things I bought in a long time!

Best iPad Keyboard Ever!
This case fits the 9.7 inch iPad PERFECTLY. It snaps into the back portion of the case, accompanied by a very satisfying click.The keyboard lights up in 7 separate colors, and even has an independent brightness function to dim or brighten the keys!There are also rubber feet on the bottom of the case which keep the case firmly planted on any flat surface.The battery life on the keyboard so far is excellent. I have tried running it for days now and have not had the battery die once. It uses a standard micro USB charger so if you're like me, you more than likely have one lying around you could use as an extra or an 'on the go' charger.Overall the case is rugged and provides GREAT protection, yet extremely elegant and very convenient. I have and will recommend this case to anyone considering one for their iPad 9.7

This case is superb and of high quality
I received this case today. I, over the years have purchased cases for quite a few devices. I spent much time researching and days making up my mind. This is a case I paid more for than I have ever paid. I credit the first reviewer on this site for posting a video of the case and it's inner workings. It sold me on it.Now let me tell you, this is a quality, well thought out case that is worth every penny.The part that encases the ipad is real leather. it is very sturdy and well stitched and holds it securely. It is thick quality leather, not cheaply chosen, but something of substance.Secondly, the case is larger on the edges than the ipad, which ensures if you drop it, it will not hit the chassis of the ipad. A big important deal since it is one of the number one flaws of apple ipads. Cracked screens. The outside of the case is made of heavy duty leather, with and is not flimsy at all. It has thick sides and they encase the ipad very securely. There are velcro straps to hold the case open if you choose to read it when the other side held all the way back. Or when the case is closed you can secure it closed with the velcro straps. They are very sturdy and hold well.There is a stand on the back that secures against the back of the case with velcro. You pull it loose and it becomes a stand that can be secured in many positions by sitting on a ipad strip on each side of the flap of the case that becomes a stand. It is very good velcro and sits the ipad up beautifully, and it does not fall over nor is it unstable.I have to say I am very impressed. It is the cream of the crop. The best of the best. I am so thankful I found it, for the other cases I have do not in any way rank in the class of this one.Someone put a lot of thought into this case, and they did a outstanding job, it is not only quality leather, it is quality construction, and made to last a long time and protect your ipad completely. It not only secures the ipad well, thought was put into making it a wonderful stand that would not fall nor waver, and is secure in its stand until you release it from the velcro. I would highly recommend it. If they come out in other colors I will get a second one. It is worth the money. Kudos to the company for a quality product that satisfies every need I had for a case. You should make them for the Amazon kindles. I would buy them for each of my devices.

Velcro supports don't last
Bought this case nine months ago. Worked well for the first 6 months but the Velcro supports no longer hold my iPad up at a viewing angle. Simply touching my screen causes the iPad to slip down. Thought about trying to replace the Velcro but the strips are securley glued onto the case. Would not recommend this product.

Finally a Great Cover for my iPad2!
I got this after reading the reviews of several iPad 2 covers and I couldn't be happier( only if they had a choice of colors). I was a little hesitant due to one review that the case "smelled". I only noticed a slight odor right after opening the plastic sleeve & form packaging & it was probably from then, nothing else. My iPad fits perfectly, so sliding around or shifting. I love the way it stands with all the customs positions & I don't have any problems with the velcro. I did notice that the sound is better with the cover design, much better than the original cover & it is real leather. It is a little more difficult to attach the charger but not big a deal. Very sturdy & the way the cover extends beyond the iPad corners, I don't see any problem. The only negative I would mention is using it verticle viewing, it seems a little heavy. Definetly would recommend it to a friend! Just used Amazon's Locker Pickup which was great, got the day after I ordered it.
