Volume is sketchy, rest is awesome
Did 3 stars because when I first received the NVR 1TB AND 4 CAMERAS, 1 of the cameras has a line through the middle of the screen and the volume when turned up is very static-y and can barely hear voices even close to cameras all we hear is static. I also bought warranty with set but Asurion wont handle my cracked camera screen claim because I received it that way from retailer and Corsee, for first 60 days said they would send free replacement, but we had emergency and had to move in a hurry,, so when I spoke to C.S. at Corsee again they said to email new address when we moved. When I emailed them new address, I got a different person, (I talked to first person for 67 days) and she says Amazon won't let them send free replacement because of policy change but will give me 10% off coupon to complete order, while Amazon says No Way, They are wrong we never said that!! Yet, no one will replace the camera, and I'm sick of getting nowhere so here I am spending more money to replace the messed up camera. Now I'm out 59.99 after $180 and with warranty mind you, and now getting chewed for leaving this review! Why should I help you if you refused to give me great customer service and replace a broken camera but want 5 star review. The system is otherwise in great working order minus the volume, the night vision, motion detecting and App to see recordings from cameras when you aren't home, 24/7 playback etc is awesome. Just fix the Volume!! That's reason for 3 stars, once Volume problem fixed totally deserves 5 stars
