I bought this DIM supplement instead of the BioTe DIM because it was less expensive. So far, I like it. I think it works just as well as the BioTe.

Dim Plus is a wonderful product for most people. Unfortunately, each morning upon awaking caused me severe crippling headaches. They were not your average type headache either, but the kind that is excruciating migraines that felt your head was going to burst like a volcano. I am very disappointed because i was hoping to stay with this product alleviate one body symptom but the side effect cause another.

After just the first 2 weeks I’m noticing less hot flashes, better sleep at night and better digestion. Nothing else has worked for my hot flashes so I will continue using.

I have been using this product for a week. So far, I am totally satisfied with it and will continue to use it. Prompt delivery and excellent product.

I really like this supplement. I feel like it maybe exactly what I needed for the hormones imbalance.

This was not effective for us at all. We have been taking the Biote DIM and saw great results. We slide back when trying this. We will pay more for the Biote brand.
