I trialed this the weekend and defiantly fully waterproof. I like to keep my phone around my neck while kayaking and my old one gave up. My phone cover is fully waterproof but still like to be extra safe.After several rolls, practicing rescues, and paddling 9miles it was put through its paces.I like the fact this snaps open and closed so you know it’s sealed.The cord is adjustable so I could slide the toggle and have it sat in my buoyancy aid pocket.It’s big enough to fit my phone and my e cigarette in which is chunky.I did also manage to open and read a txt while still in the cover so definitely sensitive enough to use your phone if need be.Very happy with this well worth the money.

Knocked off a star, as pouch is very hard to open. Toggles may loosen with use but from new, the user need very good dexterity in both hands and a good amount of strength in fingers/thumbs to operate closure toggles, (opening/closing requires both hands). If you were wearing gloves or if temp was very cold, I doubt that moving the toggles would be possible. Means that pouch isn’t going to open accidentally but is a fiddle to open. On the plus side, operation of all phone controls is possible. I’m typing this review while the phone is in the case. Sound is transmitted through case ok but forget the camera, as images come out like there’s Vaseline smeared over the lens. Just a final note, laughably, the instructions on how to open & close the pouch, are sealed inside on delivery and folded so user needs to open pouch to extract instructions. Basically, the toggles rotate away from the pouch, until they touch the bulge that has AQUAPAC on it. Then the two halves separate, this needs to be done firmly but carefully, as the opening isn’t wide.

I like this product so much this is my third. It is the best at its job that I've found but expect to replace it every 2 to 3 years because the clear plastic goes brown and splits with age. Not a problem for me at the price though - very happy to replace when necessary.

Tested with tissue & worked fine, used once and OK - on second use, let water in and killed my phone while I was on holiday leaving me abroad struggling to access important documents.Chosen because of good reviews - sadly failed on functionality so cannot recommend.

I did check my phone was waterproof before testing it, but it certainly kept all the moisture out.

I bought this for wild swimming on recommendation from someone else. I was worried about my phone getting wet put I've used it for months and it's totally leak proof. I have it underwater for about 30mins at a time in my local river and have also used in the sea. Its thin enough that I can take photos etc while swimming

Although I haven't tried this phone case in earnest yet, the build quality and ease of use appear to be very good. I'm hoping to use it on a cross Scotland backpacking trip next week!

Product as described and delivered promptly. Be aware that shiny phones (s10e in my case) are "sticky" to get in and out of the case, not a criticism, just to be aware.
