First, this company and many other China direct companies are giving away free products for people to give them positive reviews (as Americans, we should understand that this will impacts us and our kids long-term). You can see this by using a tool called Fakespot - get the plugin for your browser and you'll see how many review on Amazon are fake. Amazon really should get this fixed.I purchased these with an open offer to get a refund in exchange for an honest review - which is what I am providing.The good:Sound quality is decent and the buds have a pretty good form factor (I like the mini boom style).The bad:1. The button on the outside of the earbuds is programmed to hang up the call if you push it. This is a HUGE PROBLEM. I have hung up nearly every call due to this. The earbud gets loose in my ear and when I go to push it back in, it hangs up the call. It makes these unusable. Even if I try to push it back in by holding onto the outer edge, it still senses the button push and hangs up.2. Pairing can get messed up and there will be 2 bluetooth devices - 'KY03' and 'KY03 L' which makes the Left pod not work. Thankfully they detail how to fix in the manual - put both in case and hold both buttons for 5 sec.3. They don't stay in ear. Like so many of these sealing earbuds, they slowly work their way out and don't sound good.4. Case size. The size of this case makes it a no-go for carrying in your pocket. Without this, they can't be used for daily use.I like Cowin and have their over ear headphones, but these in ear buds have too many major flaws to be a good value at $60.

They paired fast and sounded good until the right ear faded out. I thought that the bud was not charged so I put it back into the charger for a day. Tried it the next day and same thing. Would not hold a charge. Put in a return with Amazon and ordered a replacement set. I'll update the review after I get the replacement.I like them in black so they don't stand out.Update: Got the second pair. This time the right side worked and the left was dead.The other review had have to have been paid for. Two of them in a row!!!! Steer clear!

Great sound overall coming from these small little earbuds. It seems the newer version is better than the previous one. I have the older version and they work great but this new version is far better than I expected. Better than the LG-HBS 780 BT Headset. So pros...Sounds Quality and volume, not a-lot of bass and not too much tremble to hurt your ears. The cons, I still cant read the Operators Manual bc the print size must be made for someone who can read the fine print of the Package Insert from a pharmaceutical product, Its basically useless, and that's with my reading glasses on. Since they are so small it can be difficult changing the volume or song track up or down bc the buttons are located so close to each other I also hit the wrong one and its frustrating bc it goes to pause or stops. Other than that great pair of earbuds that pack a good punch. Now lets just hope they don't fall out of my ears more than some other brands have been known to do...

I have to say that I have a pair of Bosè QC-25 as my primary headphones. But in summer they get steamy, and for travelling they are rather big, so I started to look for some more portable and smaller headphones. I didn't want to pay $150 for some Apple AirPods, so I did a research and found this cowin KY03 earbuds. And I love them. I've had them for a couple of weeks.This is my first pair of wireless bluetooth earbuds. Great earpods that i am very satisfied with.the sound quality is better and they are more comfortable.I love these headphones, they have already changed my life for the better!== Pros ==1. Lightweight11. All accessories included== Pairing ==Pairing the KY03 with my iPhone X was easy. Removing the buds from the case automatically turned them on and put them in pairing mode. I tapped KY03 on my phone and in less than 3 seconds, pairing was done.== Comfort ==They come with 3 sizes of ear cushions,choose the ones that fit comfortable and does not leave gaps in your ears for better sound quality.I gently inserted the earbuds into my ears. Both fit snugly and comfortably. I walked around the house, jumped up and down a few times and the buds stayed in place. So far, so good.== Sound Test ==With comfort already established, I played my usual test tracks. The sound of a basso vocalist was surprisingly smooth and satisfying. Mid-range frequencies from a flute and an acoustic guitar were spot on. The high frequencies from another acoustic guitar were good.Powerful basses and crisp higher notes. Once you fit your earbuds correctly, you will feel amazed by the bass sound.== Bluetooth Range Test ==Armed with a tape measure, I played music on my phone, left it on top of my truck and started walking away until the sound started to cutoff. I repeated the process three times and measured a distance slightly shy of 75 feet where sound remained solid with nothing in between the devices. My Bluetooth range test surpassed the advertised 66 feet range.== Phone Call Test ==While my son and I were able to hear each other clearly during a test phone call,The important part was that were were able to communicate clearly.it is very useful. beside,fantastic when I used them in the airplane, and you hardly notice you're flying. I use them at the office and people have to wave their hands to me, because I don't listen a thing outside my music (volume at 60%).== Sweat proof ==this was really important for me.== Conclusion ==I really like how comfortable these ear buds are and so light weight. The sound quality is really good also. And the fact that they are waterproof is awesome due to the fact that I work out in the rain at times. Great product.

I love these! I wanted a pair similar to the air pod style but absolutely not Apple. I did have some trouble getting my headphones to pair to each other, but I've learned to turn them both on in the case rather than putting them in my ears first. The sound quality is great and I don't hear a single stinking thing or person when I have them in. After several days I haven't charged the case again it's still fully charged and re-charging the headphones. I was motivated to look for Cowin brand as I have a pair of over the headphones of the same brand.Music quality has been great no complaints there but I just listen to music so maybe someone with more refined taste will complain about something but I'm pleased. So far everyone seems to be able to hear me clearly and extremely well, background noise is not picked up over my voice. Very pleased.
