If you want to use this scooter around the neighborhood, down the driveway and side walk, not gonna happen. The thing won't go on snow or iced-up pavement, only hard pack snow like the ones at ski slopes. If you want to use it at the ski resort, not gonna happen. No ski resorts in 170 miles radius from ous house would allow these things on their slopes. Check with the slopes near you before you press the buy button.

My son likes the Railz Scooter with ski. I think he likes it because of the attention it gets. Most people have the saucers and plastic toboggans etc.., but not many have this. A regular saucer will beat this down the hill. But you can turn with this Railz Ski as a trade off. For me, I had more fun going down out of control on a rectangle toboggan with my son!

My 12 year old son loves this. I'm glad I bought this model/brand, because the brake was really useful. I was also impressed by how durable the scooter and skis are; they're sturdy enough for some jumps & rough terrain.

Like most of us, I’ve had my share of good, mediocre and horrible experiences. And, as most of us know, bad experiences get a lot more airplay than good. Not your typical sled. It's a little trickier to use than a sled but that's what makes it so fun! It goes fast so wear a helmet!

Got two of these for our teenage boys (ages 15 and 18) for Christmas and they have been terrific! Solidly made. Easy to control and brake. Folds up easily for transport and storage. Carry strap is handy. Great on packed snow, not so good on loose powder. They can really fly on a good slope. The envy of the sledding hill.

Purchased 2 of these for my kids, unfortunately 1 of the scooters was faulty on delivery however, after contacting Railz they were very helpful with arranging a replacement. Kids love the scooter, great fun in the winter time.

いい大人になって初めてウィンタースポーツをします。これなら自転車に少し似ているので初心者でもいけるかな？と思い挑戦してみようと思います！！ちなみにキックボードも買って既に練習中です笑←組み立ては女性でも簡単でしたが、１つのネジは現地で止めないと折り畳めません。そこが今のところマイナスポイントです。スケート板部分も本来であれば現地でネジ止めした方が安全に運べそうですが、購入したキャリングケースがたまたまピッタリサイズであり、車のトランクに寝かせて運ぶのでわたしはつけっぱなしにしようかなと思っています。
