I have had many waist trainers, the shapeless ones that will make me sweat but actually make me look pretty boxy. These fits like corset, shapes your waist and actually works like the sauna waist sauna trainers. It runs true to size and the trainers is wide enough to fit under my sports bra and also cover my love handles. I actually used to wear two because they are so narrow and would not cover my whole abdomen area. These feels more secured, it is easier to put in once you get used to the corset closures and does not damage your clothes like the velcro ones.

Why do the ads always make it look like these tummy trainers actually cover full torsoLemme just inform yall- it doesnt!!! You can either wear it high and cover waist or wear it low and barely come to bellybuttonJust not both, and that's really what I was hoping for. Guys I'm only 5"4' so it's not like theres a lot of torso there to begin with (if that helps with visual image)Size is true to width- meaning I have a 29in waist and it fit circumference wasitline fine, just not in length I needed to cover full torso

The media could not be loaded.  To start with, getting this guy on is a process. It’s not difficult by any means but it is time consuming. Yet again nothing good ever comes quickly haha. Once you have it one get ready to sweat. It’s so comfortable, if you’re looking for something with a lot of structural support this isn’t for you. If you’re looking to shed water weight get this now! I do love that it takes in your waist and that it even has a little pocket. I’d say it’s true to size. I am 150lbs and ordered a medium, I was a little nervous but it stretched and fit. I’m trying to seriously loose weight which is why I went with the medium instead of a large.

When waist sauna trainer became a thing, I had brought one immediately couple years ago. I brought this one so I could use both interchangeably. I like the new design that had the line of buttons to buckle up for extra tightness.*The only thing I can compare about this product is the bad smell as usual. My old one had the bad smell and last forever 😭 even with multiple washes. I opened this waist trainer and laid there for couple days before use. The smell is still there and strong.

I have a 30 inch waist so I went with the medium and can comfortably use the tightest hooks. My belly is loose stretched out post babies pudge (mostly loose skin vs actually fat). TMI, but I say that because if you have a more dense middle the medium would probably be a satisfactory fit. If you are dealing with loose skin maybe consider a size down to give you more room to tighten as you reach your goals. I also docked a star because the over wrap part is a bit high- like midrift vs belly height- good for back support but poor for full belly control. Overall good workout belt, but not best for actual waist training

I’m 5.2 and 132 lbs. waist around 27-28 inch if i had to guess. I ordered Small but it was still to big, especially created a big bulge on the belly and made me look bigger. Also the addition strap doesn’t snuggle on the waistband and has a gap that hangs lose creating another bulge under your shirt. XS would have been better but they don’t offer it.

I love this waist trainer. It is so comfortable, but also very held together. I have ordered countless waist trainers, non compare to this one. And the price makes it so much more worth it. there's also a small pocket on the inside for cards or a small key for your gym locker. I wear mine to work out and sleep. It is so comfortable, I don't need to wake up in the middle of the night to take it off. I lover the belt that you can make it tighter. I honestly want to get another one! I will totally order again.

Also ich habe mir diesen Taillentrainer gekauft um beim abnehmen an den richtigen stelln zu helfen die lieferung war sehr schnell und es war gut verpackt ich drage normale 38-40 und habe eine schmale tailie deswegen habe ih mit den Trainer in m geholtzu er ist wirklih eng also sollte man nach der größen Tabele gehen und dann eine nummer gröser bestellen durh die 3 verschiedenen hacken kann man das dann optimal einstellenbei mir passt er gerade so aber nicht geuetsch oder eingeschnürt ist bequem so weit sowas bequem sein kann deswegen mein Tipp doh eine größe größer kaufen aber nichts destotrotz würde in immer wieder kaufen
