I love this car seat for my kid! I’ve had NO issues with it so far & I’m extremely pleased. The ‘lock click’ feature is so convenient to know my kid is safe and locked in securely without the extra hassle.

Old manufacturing date
The car seat I’m sure is just as great as the last Chicco keyfit I purchased. My frustration is that I purchased it brand new from Amazon in 2022 but it was manufactured in 2020, giving me 2 years less of use.

Excellent for very small newborn babies.
Very uncomfortable, my baby only fits until 3 months, then it gets very tight on the sides. Excellent for very small newborns.

Already 2 years old
We were gifted this car seat and while it's what we wanted, it was already 2 years old - manufactured in September 2020. We wanted to save it and use it for the next kid, but it might be expired by then. Disappointing that Amazon would keep inventory so long and sell it as new. Chicco would not do anything for us when I called them.

DO NOT ADD THIS ITEM TO YOUR BABY REGISTRY IF YOU MIGHT HAVE TO RETURN!!! I received 2 sets of car seats at my baby shower and decided to return these. Not only has it been AWFUL trying to return, they also make you pay for returning. 0/10 would not recommended anything from this company.
