Extremely impressed with this supplement. My nails were breaking all the time and one had lost the natural curve of the nail and would grow kind of straight. I’m a gardener and the broken nail problem was constant.I started using these gummies about 6 months ago.First of all, they taste great. Maybe a little too great. I sometimes take a couple more as a treat.My nails started getting stronger very quickly. I noticed they stopped breaking right away. Also they started growing more quickly. After a couple of months I started noticing a change in the growth of the nail. They are growing with a smoother texture, less ridges. Now after about 6 months of using it, my nails are shiny. On their own. I never paint my nails, but occasionally have used a shiny coat on them. Now they look almost like I’ve a shiny transparent nail polish on. Wanted magnesium instead got this stuff to help my nails grow but they don’t work

It is so full of sugar I could feel it eating away my teeth and gums. This product is toxic it destroys tooth enamel immediately.

These have most of the daily vitamins as well as those specifically for nails. They're good vitamins, my nails seem to be a bit stronger.

Why was the bottle of vitamins not sealed?? The top should have been sealed. Question if I dare eat them.
