I bought this set based on the reviews and price. It's a great way for me to get started on a strength training regiment during isolation without taking up a lot of space in my small place.I've had a little experience with resistance bands in some classes, but these are a bit more versatile than the ones I've previously used.I've been mostly using these for my arms and shoulders. I also really like doing the core twist, using the door anchor.All the bands are around 1 meter (45 inches) long, unstretched. I'm 5'-10", and these are fine for me.The little nylon bag that comes with this is 10.5" x 12" and easily stores under my bed.

UPDATE!Contacted the seller, Michael Caro, and got my replacement! They sent me a full set! The product has 1 year warranty. The seller was great; he responded fast and gave me an update when the product was shipped and when I will be receiving it.--The resistance of the band actually feels like it's accurate with the weight counterpart. But after using it for a week the black/50lbs band broke and snapped and hit my leg (it hurts like hell,lol). I will be contacting the seller and hopefully I can get a replacement.

My wife bought this resistance band set to exercise while at home. They seem really durable and feel good. By attaching multiple bands you can get more resistance, which is really good since I can also use it with more flexibility.The set comes with a bag which a big plus since we can store them in the closet without making the closet messy.

Purchased these because I thought the gyms in CT we’re going to shut down after the election. Lucky for everyone they haven’t (yet). First thing was the price - I expected a cheap-o set that would break in a week but couldn’t turn down the risk on the amazing price. I am very impressed with durability of the bands and the quality of the handles. I am able to complete a workout for any body part at my house using a water pipe in the basement as an anchor. I haven’t tried the door anchor or the leg straps so I can speak on that. The bands work fine and loading the resistance up is quick and simple. It’s been about a month and I’ve used them a handful of times and no wear and tear is visible.About me to gage usage - very good shape. Serious body builder. gym 5-7 times a week. I loved these until the 30lbs band broke. The grommet ripped out of the nylon strap. After it popped, I checked the other bands I've been using and sure enough, they are starting to fray where the grommet meets the nylon. I'm not He-Man! I shouldn't be able to break these.On a side note. I'm 5'8" and these bands felt the right length for me. I bought another brand and they were very long! So long that I had to wrap them around my hands or shoes to get resistance. These felt the right length for providing resistance...just a bummer they didn't last.I've reached out to seller for refund or replacement.

This is a fairly nice set, but unfortunately, it doesn't hold up. I was doing bicept curls with the 50lb band (handles attached), and the grommet on one side of the band ripped through the fabric. The band swung around and the metal grommet cut my knee. Nothing serious, but had it hit an eye, or anything else, it could have caused some damage. The other side of the band is starting to show wear around the grommet as well. I owned a set of resistance bands prior to this, and they held up fine. It's hard to say whether the defect is with this particular band, or with the set. I will be contacting the seller for a resolution.

Did a good job until the 50 lb hand mount snapped. It can't handle overhead press type motions because it stretches too much. I don't recall are there resistance bands I've used not being able to handle this. So as long as you do nothing too excessive it should last. But it's a pity.

This is a perfect set of bands with many weight options. Comes with a bunch of extras. Wish it had 2 sets of handles, but I'm just being greedy. Got these to do a Beach Body series and so far, so good. Bands are a bit awkward compared to weights, but these are a great purchase, and arrived the next day.
