these ball are really great. They are strong and will def improve grip strength. I have them wrapped around a steel beam in my basement and used them with 1" nylon webbing. They are really great. Could not figure out how to use the straps that came with it but using nylon webbing and that works really great. Love these balls and would highly recommend.

The straps work great with just about anything. I attached it to my pullup bar stand and will transition from the ball to bar back to the ball. You can pull ups, knee ups, leg lights, toes to bar, grip change up excercises, etc. Super fun and really makes you work on your grip. It's so fun even my young daughters love to see how long they can hang on it.

I purchased the 4" round grips months ago and they are fantastic so I recently purchased the 3" ones as well. I and a friend have been using them for ninja warrior type work outs and they are top notch for the price. I have an expensive Atomic holds bannana grip and these grips are good in comparison.The straps are the only problem. If you are just going to hang these and do pull ups, they work just fine. However, if you are putting them up and taking them down often or you are swinging/releasing and catching hold of these in the air, sometimes the velcro comes loose. Both I (190 pounds) and friend (150 pounds) have ended up pulling one off these off the bar (even after having tested the velcro set up to make sure it was tight. You can easily buy a strap with D rings and a clip that holds hundreds of pounds, and your in business.The hold is fantastic and the velcro strap is good, but not for my intended purpose. I would give the combined product a 4.5 if you could give half stars, but the grips themselves are great.

I bought these when Covid struck. I looped them around rings I installed for the same purpose, and they have been great. Not much to say, as they don't have moving parts, but I guess I should mention how heavy they are. Solid. Easy to put together and fix. Tough workout. I am trying to not lose too much before climbing gyms reopen.I did have an issue with one of them, minor, but the company was quick to respond and I had a replacement before I missed a single workout. Well worth the money and they stand behind their product.

Be careful buying these. They work. They are going to make you transform your door way pull up bar to your spare bedroom being turned into a bouldering wall. You think you’re only spending some money on one item then you get some strength and next thing yo know your bedrooms converted into a rock gym.
