GBX Men's Jack

These are very nice looking shoes for both business casual and casual. You can wear them with dress pants or jeans and the styling fits both looks. Not a shoe for a suit in my mind but, versatile for all other situations. These are leather uppers with a quality rubber sole and on par with more expensive brand shoes. The shoe is light weight even though they may appear bulky or heavy from online appearance. Now the fit is true to size for me in this style (tough part is sizing across brands, I can wear anywhere from 9-10 depending on the show maker). This is a true size 9 for me in this style and the only minor detail is they are a little narrow in the foot bed from the big toe to little toe area for me. I have another pair of GBX shoes which I love and cannot find in stores/internet anymore. I purchased these new shoes to replace the my old slip-on dress GBX shoes I've worn-out. However, on receiving them and wearing them for a day, they're much bigger than my normal size of previously purchased GBX. If you buy a pair, I'd go at least .5-1.0 size smaller than your normal dress shoes size. Had to return mine. Frustrating. I'll be ordering a .5 size smaller.

I bought this shoe as a work shoe and it is great in and out of the kitchen. The only reason that I gave it 4/5 stars is that it runs a 1/2 size larger, making my feet swim a little. I bought an insole to help fit a little tighter. Definitely a good buy! I'll buy another pair, just 1/2 size smaller.Update: I recently bought another pair 1/2 size smaller and it fits excellent! Changed my review to 5 stars.

This is my husband's favorite work shoe. He works in an office setting and he says these shoes wear like "house shoes". This is also the second pair I've ordered for him. Personally I think they are a heavy shoe; but he says he hasn't noticed it. So as the old saying goes... if he's happy.... I'm happy! !Also, the shipping was as usual out of this world. I "love" shopping at Amazon! !

Good fit, but I've gotten away from these type of shoes. Maybe I'll wear them more in the winter. I'm into a more light, slip on shoe for most activities. These are a bit heavy and rugged. Guess I'm getting old.

i bought two pair of these shoes, one black and one brown. I wish I hadn't been so impulsive. I actually have to wear two pairs of socks and I still don't feel entirely comfortable with them on. They look great, exactly what I was looking for and they are fairly comfortable, with the exception of the size differential.

Just got these shoes today. I ordered a size 10 which is true to size for what I normally wear. The finish is nice with the leather having a nice bright shine. Seem to be well constructed. I'll update this review when I get a chance to weat them for a while.

Great shoe! It has a padded insole, and is well constructed. Only complaint is it scuffs up easily, but nothing a little shoe polish won't fix.
