Resource for Cooking Salad Tongs with Silicone Tips / Barbecue (BBQ) Tongs Stainless Steel Green 12 Inch

This is my first tongs ever and it is really really good. I use this while doing pan fry, deep fry and some times to get stuff from oven. It does not have any problems when I dip the ends in hot oil. Washing it is also simple. Just make a habit of washing this quickly after your work is done since the synthetic can absorb some smell into it (although the smell goes away after a while).

I took these out of the package and immediate washed them and used them to stir up, then serve my salad. I think these are super cute. They have a little circle/hook type thing at the end that you pull that makes them lock in the closed position. The green part is like a comfortable grippy silicone type material. Really like them! I paid full price for these and would buy them again.

These have silicon tips that work great on Teflon coated pots and pans, as well as for use on the grill. I've had mine for several months now and they are used about 3-4 times per week for cooking and preparing food, and have been through the dishwasher just as many times. To date they have held up extremely wel, and seem to be worth the money.

Excellent quality product. You would think tongs are tongs, but these look and feel nice, lock closed nicely for storage with a little pull of lever at the end, and not flimsy at all. Even feel comfortable in your hand. I don't usually get excited about things such as tongs, but these are just very nice. Great product!

SINCE I'M ON THE SHORT SIDE I NEED HELP IN GETTING THE CLOTHES OUT OF THE WASHING MACHINE OR THE BACK OF THE DRYER. THESE EXTEND MY ARM LENGTH SO I CAN REACH AND SAFELY GRAB MY CLOTHES NOW. THESE ARE STRONG AND DON'T SNAG. TONGS AREN'T ONLY FOR FOOD!

Great buy. These tongs are definitely the best bang for the buck you will find. The lock/unlock mechanism is smooth. They are the ideal for any cooking environment. There length makes them great for grilling without getting hands to close to open flames. Really great product.

Good length, good hinge, scalloped edge makes grabbing easier, easy to use. I use them for cooking not salad. I like that they operate very smoothly and clean up easily. Was em on the top rack of dishwaher, no problem.

We love these tongs--the silicone grabbing ends are sufficiently rigid yet pliable enough for grabbing delicate and hard to handle food items (like, say, individual leaves of lettuce or cherry tomatoes) and the lock to keep them closed is ingenious.
