Basic knowledge
Most of the exercises noted in this booklet are common knowledge and can be found in almost every book on leg exercises. However I do like the way each exercise was explained and illustrated. It made for a quick and easy read and a good refresher on all of the basic exercises that have been brain washed out of us by a gym nation

This book is pretty good - it shows you how to do the exercises; it doesn't just tell you. I will definitely keep this one.

Book is missing critical information
The exercises as presented seem well described but nowhere does the author provide a workout program to obtain the perfect behind! Nice to know what exercises are best but without a plan how are readers to implement the exercises in a way that will produce measurable change?! I could have googled this information. I'm looking for a plan!

Get Fit
This is a simple and easy to read book on toning and getting fit, it incorporates some cardio and it shows and tells the proper form and reps for each exercise I can't wait to start. I recommend to everyone.

Easy to follow instructions
Good read. You get additional steps to change up to old routine. If you're looking to for exercises specifically for your butt, this book is definitely it.
