These brushes are pretty awesome! I was looking for brushes to use after watching countless makeup tutorials on YouTube, but while searching, I realized makeup brushes are super expensive! Even the Sephora brand brushes are over $20 per brush! So I looked for reasonably priced brushes here on Amazon and found so many cheap ones, but the reviews seemed fake and just looked too good to be true. Then I saw a "recommended list" on my feed and found the Kirei brushes. I figured the reviews for these brushes were fake too because they were all so good! However, I decided to give it a try, that's the awesome thing about Amazon Prime right? Free shipping and you can pretty much return almost anything if you don't like the product! Once I received the package I was so anxious to open and see the quality of the bristles. Wow! Super soft and the hairs do not fall out at all!! I immediately started using them and the application of my makeup was great! My favorites are the stippling brush and the blending brush. This doesn't have all the brushes that I want, but it comes close enough. I wish Kirei sold individual brushes, but I don't think they do. I had to give it 4 stars only because my blending brush had some dried glue on some of the hairs. I'm still able to use it no problem, but it was a little disappointing tho... Also, I am not a fan of the magnetic box. I thought it would be cool, however I would've liked a roll up case instead.

These are just O.K. On par with BH cosmetics or morphe brushes. They do not have the weight of a Mac or sigma brush. One completely fell apart when washing it. They are decent for a beginner or someone without brushes who needs a lot at once. I question the rave reviews. Perhaps they don't own better brushes to compare them to. Anyway these are not fantastic just ok. They shed mildly and a lot of them don't blend as well as I would like. If you are buying this to have a complete set keep in mind that you will need a better crease brush. I recommend sigma's E38 or Mac 224. Also you will need a brush like a Mac 217. Also you will need a flat top kabuki or similar for foundation like a sigma F80. While this set does include a blending brush it is not large enough in my opinion to diffuse the color properly. The one included I would only use to blend inside the crease after applying shadow to the lid to soften the line between crease and lid. I would not take this brush any higher then that. I will include pics to demonstrate the difference between this brush and a sigma. It is not fluffy enough to properly bring the shadow up slightly above the crease softly to have a seamless transition. I do not reach for any of these when doing my makeup. The powder brush is the best of the bunch but I prefer others. For a good set of brushes cheap try real techniques. Or save up for a little more you can get better brushes. Let me start off by saying, "These are the BEST brushes ever!" At first I liked the idea that these brushes are "Animal Cruelty-Free". I'll be honest though I wasn't sure how good they'd be? I've used many different types of synthetic brushes before, and wasn't too happy with them. I've found that most synthetic brushes feel "Pokey" to the face, so I was a bit skeptical. I heard good things about "Kirei Cosmetic Brushes", so I was excited to try them.When I opened the shipping box, I was pleasantly surprised! The brushes came in a very stylish case! When I removed the protective wrapping on each of my brushes I couldn't believe they were synthetic!? They felt so good!!! And when I tried them.... Oh, ECSTASY!!! Smooth application, with NO STREAKING or LINES!!!I guarantee you will be AMAZED!!!

I bought the brush set and it is ok, soft brushes but I bought the Kabuki Foundation Brush , all less than a month ago and the brush came completely off the handle. Looking at the way it was made I was not surprised. I am so mad and disappointed in this product.

The brushes are soft and apply makeup very well. The bristles stay in place and I have no complaints about the product. As a vegan I'm very glad that I found a quality cruelty-free makeup brush set :) As for the price, I feel like the quality makes it worth it, and vegan cruelty-free products tend to be more expensive anyways. I have no problem spending more money as long as I know that no animals where harmed to make the product.

Better quality than expected for the price. Nice packaging. Gave a gift to an older teen was very well received.

This set is absolutely fabulous. I had bad experience purchasing cheap brushes from Amazon vendors. So, I was skeptical, but there are so many things to love about this set. The brushes are amazing. They are soft and great quality. Great variety for face and eyes. So far, I haven't had any problems with shedding or handles falling off. I also love the storage containers that the brushes come in. I love these brushes a lot, and they are definitely a worthwhile purchase.
