My husband loves the adjustments easy to use
I bought this for two reasons, first because my son broke his finger and had to have surgery on his hand so when he gets his hand out of his cast he will need something to help with rebuilding strength in his hand (hasn't gotten Drs approval to work on strengthening yet so husband is using for now) 2nd I suffer from neurological problems which causes weakness in my hands so the rings help build a little strength in my hands. My husband said that the gripper has different settings to help with toning of your hands and forearms, it's simple and easy to use and adjust. It's a comfortable grip and he likes that it has a front and reversible grip as well. He likes it so 5 stars. As far as I go, I love the feel of the ring, it's not hard, it's soft and gives me a softer grip but still helps me build a little strength in my hands and forearms to do the daily activities that I need to get done on a daily basis. Good product, easy to use.
Nice to have the adjustment option which is easy to use. This makes it practical for many users since the tension can be adjusted to your needs. Extra included ring lets me keep that at work and the Hand Gripper at home for relief all day. I use the ring and a break from my keyboard at work and the grip to strengthen my grip and forearm for golf.

Thought it was A reliable grip
Great grip. Built sturdy. Selected a different brand prior to this one and that unit and a replacement unit had its pivoting pin break after a week or so of usage. This grip seems to be holding together fine. Spoke too soon! It came apart in my hand! Not heavy use at all, just once a week or two on the avg. look at the pic!

It was a great product until it broke. Only lasted a few months. I contacted the manufacturer and they held true to their warranty and sent me a new one. So far so good.

Recommended to aid in high blood pressure control.
Just what I expected!I like the rubber donut best.When I squeeze the mechanical exercisors my little finger hangs off the gripper.I do have to wear XL gloves so maybe it's my hand size issue.
