Having problem with clasp. Nice otherwise.
Purchased: Aug 7Delivered: Aug 10I was on vacation until 8/29 and didn't really use the bag until then.The bag arrived in good shape and was as described. It was lighter in weight than expected. Workmanship is reasonable.One of the two clasps broke recently. I noticed the problem on 9/17. So, the bag was used for approximately 3 weeks before the clasp broke. I tried to find warranty information. Amazon said to contact the seller or the manufacturer. I didn't have luck finding either. Kool Bags is out of India. I wasn't able to find much on Phoenix Bags.The attached photo shows the two magnetic clasps. The one on the left is broken. The shiny brass covering is gone. The silver washer is the magnet that holds the bag shut.The magnetic clasps are strong, which is good. However, the force of opening and closing them seems to be too much for the housing of the clasps.I will continue to try to contact the seller and/or manufacturer and will update this review with any changes in status.

not sure if I was going to like it. But I need not have worried
This is a gorgeous messenger bag that is plenty big to store your 15" laptop, iPad, Kindle and other essentials. Its open and close with the buckle closure. I was a little hesitant on ordering , not sure if I was going to like it. But I need not have worried. The leather is genuine, classy and even somewhat retro looking and I fell completely in love with it. I think it is completely appropriate for men or for women both for professional or casual use.The shoulder strap is adjustable to you can wear it at a length that is comfortable and as such matches the bag beautifully.The inside of the bag has a zippered pocket, a couple of compartment and a small zippered pock. It is spacious and durable.I rate it a solid 5 stars based on my personal experience with this product.
