I use my work laptop screen to extend my monitor but I dont use it to type with. I built a little wooden pedestal for it at the beginning of the pandemic that elevated it to a comfortable height but left the underside open for storing work stuff. My cat would jump on the keyboard everytime I leave the room. This stand is pretty great because it sits the keyboard at an angle which stops the cat and would allow me easy access to the keyboard if I needed it. At the highest level it provides a similar amount of storage under as the one I made and frees up a little space to by being a minimal design. Really happy with this purchase and the price.

As noted (and I realized the hight adjustment are low and very high. Low is just fine, I don't see the highest setting as being very stable for a heavy laptop (or useful)I bought this to free up some desk space and bring it to the eye level of the external monitor.A+ on that.Fast delivery.Great deal at this bargain price.

I use the stand every day. I wish I could lift it highly or collapse it but honestly I think it’s great. Not expensive and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. Can’t and won’t complain
