Great Product
Great product for slow smoked ribs. I have used other products and have even made my own spice rub mix but I like this rub better than the others that I tried.

It's Not Just for Ribs!
This is a great product, especially if ordered in the large restaurant size. It's great on anything pork that you are going to put on the BBQ grill. Also great for flavoring pork-based soups, and if you are really crazy for this flavor, sprinkle it on bacon before cooking. Yum! Make sure you are getting the restaurant size when you order as otherwise you might get tins. Not all sellers carry the larger size, which is important if you will be cooking a lot of ribs (for instance).
