nuLOOM Moroccan Blythe Area Rug, 9x12, Dark Grey

I purposely chose a less expensive rug as I have two very young grandchildren and I will be moving in the next year or so and whatever I chose might not work in my new space. So I crossed my fingers and ordered. The thickness was about what I expected and it is very soft, but not plush. Once I get a rug pad underneath it I'm sure if will feel even better. The overall dark grey color blends well with the taupe stone around my fireplace and taupe chairs. What I do not like about this rug is the variation of color in the background, combined with the pattern it comes off busier than I was expecting - if you are ordering a larger size there are more pattern repeats than shown in the photos. The BIG reason for 3 stars is the binding, it is very poorly bound on the corners with many gaps in the threads. It is also cut unevenly on one end. You will want a rug pad as the back is very rough feeling and will wear on the finish of your floor and may even damage wall-to-wall carpet.

I accidentally ordered two different rugs on Amazon from two different companies, and I was going to return this one. When I saw this one, I knew I would have to return the other one. This rug is beautiful. I got the 9' x 12' rug for our living room. It has so many different subtle colors in it. Of course, there are shades of grey and white, but there is also a hint of blue. It really is beautiful. Unlike some other reviews, I had no trouble with creases or edges not settling. It lays really well. The would recommend a pad for underneath, but otherwise, I couldn't believe the deal on this rug.

This rug is perfect! I love the design and the grey color. This rug also seems to be very well made, it has held up remarkably well with heavy use from two adults, two cats, and a baby. The pile is a perfect height, not too long or too short. Feels great on the feet and doesn't absorb stains quickly. Would purchase again!

Love this rug. Not overly thick but was exactly what I had been hoping for. I have had it for a year and it has held up wonderfully.

Great carpet. I love it and it came in two days. It flattened out nicely. It really warmed up my living room and it's durable for dogs.

My daughter and family absolutely loved the rug. Soft and thick, it was just what they wanted !
