This is the best rope i've ever used! It is super fast which means I don't have to jump as high doing double under which makes me more efficient. This is definitely NOT for beginners. The handles are aluminum and super light. My wrists used to get tired with standard ropes because I had to whip it so hard to get it to move fast, but not with this rope! It's excellent. Totally worth the money in my opinion.

Fast rope. Great for learning double understanding. Fun color. Handles work really well. Wire gets kinks fairly easily so be careful when you store it. This rope will leave you with serious whip marks and bruises. Wear long sleeves to lessen the pain.Just last night, my rope broke. Screws went flying handle came off. Very mad. I thought this was the perfect rope until now. I know cheap ropes come apart but I did not think I would have this problem with this one. I am not sure what to do now.

Great product. The handles are comfortable and durable. The rope is light and makes double unders a breeze.

Awesome and dursble product

Love this rope. Great for double-unders. Very light handles which was a HUGE upgrade from my last rope (an Again Faster product).

FINALLY Stringing together double-unders. Was using the Rogue RX rope and could only do double-single-double-single... with it. This is MUCH faster and a great upgrade. My very first attempt with it I got 29 double unders. HIGHLY recommend for crossfitters.

RPM ropes are the best!
