I bought this Blueooth headset one week ago from Amazon and this is an amazing product. First, it comes with one zip-lock package and this package has a hanger for me easy to hanging on my backpack or anywahere. After open it, you will find this is a really solid and ergonomics product. just fold-back and pull the earbud then you can enjoy it.Second, the bluetooth connection is very simple. The only thing you need to do is following the connection steps on the manual, step by step then you should be able to pair this device with your mobile phone. Please note that "refresh" your phone bluetooth device list if this SX-991 didn't show-up on your bluetooh list. After your mobile phone find this device, just click "connect" then you are ready to use this SX-991.Third, the sound quality is amazing, especially the low-frequency sounds. It sounds like you have the sub-woofer on your ear. I usually use this when I doing com-call, yard work, jogging and watching movies(my laptop has bluetooth transmitting function). The only one problem i saw is the plastic cover for USB charging. It's a little bit tight, but ok for me.

Update: Very happy with this headset, fantastic customer service. Please read: Received an email from this company directly. They had actually read my review of the headset I had previously purchased, and were quite concerned I was not happy. (This in itself was a bit shocking to me). They're customer service, as it turns out, is far superior to many companies I have dealt with. They were concerned I may have received a faulty headset the first time out, and asked if they could "please" replace it with a new set at no cost to me. I was not asked to edit, or post another review. The new headset was at my door the next day, (again quite shocked). I have to say, after using for a week or so, it has one of the best sound qualities (phone conversations, music, movie audio) of the six or seven headsets I have owned in the past years. The functions work perfectly, the piece is comfortable, the microphone is very clear when talking with others. Clearly, the first headset was faulty. This manufacturer actually does care about they're product, and very much about they're customer! Its one thing for a manufacturer to respond back to the selling company (Amazon, best buy, etc.) On a complaint, but to actually contact the end customer, and make good on they're product, in this day and age, is unheard of. So far so good. I researched lots of similar items and I was hesitant to buy anymore expensive headsets as they break down so easily as it did on my LG Infinim headset. This is a great replacement and very inexpensive. The durability is great and the battery is excellent as I can used at a maximum for a duration of 3 days without charging. The only drawback is the thickness of it around the neck, if you have a collared shirt it's ok but if you have a T-shirt on it can get a little cumbersome. So i use this more often for my business calls from M-F grind but use a different headset for working out. Otherwise, the headset is great for what I need it for and for durability it look good so far. I will update on longevity.

Purchased for a Christmas gift for my husband & he loves it ! He says it's the best headset he's ever had. He travels & has had problems w/ people hearing him clearly w/ all other headsets, not the case w/ these. He has a noisy car & he comes through clear. Music sounds great through these & the battery lasts a long time. 2 of his friends have purchased these after trying his.5/25/17: Update - My husband used this daily for 5 months and the right ear bud has stopped working. Apparently it is not the quality product I thought. Now I do not recommend and I hope my friends do not have this issue since I recommended it.

I mainly purchased this particular headsets because it folds which makes it compact and the retractable ear buds. It comes with a case. Inside the case has a pocket to carry the charger cord and the extra ear buds covers.It was super easy to pair with my phone and my laptop. On my android phone, it indicates on my screen how much battery life is left before charging in percentage. When I turn on my headset, I hear whether the battery is low or high and connected. I can keep it on throughout the day including talking for at least a total of 2 hours and still have more than half a battery left.I like the idea of retractable ear buds. No dealing with the cord since it retracts. The only negative part of this is the button to retract. When I’m trying to adjust the volume or end a call; I somehow end up pressing on the button that retracts the ear bud. So the ear bud would just get yanked out of my ear and sometimes during a call when adjusting the volume. This would sometimes scares the you know what out of me. This only happens on the right side only since these controls are on that side.After a few months using them; the cover where you plug in the cord to charge doesn’t close. It’s doesn’t effect the use or charging the headsets.Over all I do like the product and it has lasted over a year for me.
