This towel is super soft and super absorbent. I have used towels in the past that were not this soft and they had an unpleasant odor but thankfully this towel is not like that. I have used this during a lot of different types of exercise and it has really come in handy. My husband has been using it as well and he sweats a lot and the absorbency is incredible. He even used it when mowing the lawn. He just threw it over his shoulder and it was small enough not to get in the way because it is not bulky at all . I have washed it multiple times in the two weeks I have been using it and it hasn't shed and it hasn't lost any thread at all. That was a concern of mine because that has happened to me with towels in the past. I have a compromised immune system so I love that this towel is antibacterial. A lot of other towels don't have that feature so that is definitely a plus. If I could I would give them an extra star based on the fact that a tree is planted with every purchase. feels weird on my skin. can't send back because it would cost as much as the towel itself...i'd end up losing money. i'll give towel toanyone who wants it.

Here is a decent enough gym towel for wiping sweat off of your brow - whether or not you engage in yoga (which I do not, but I can always use a towel when I go to the gym). It soaks up liquid easily and does not feel too grimy or gunky afterward. The bad thing about this towel is that it is not as soft I generally prefer my towels. Maybe that is why my other towels do not dry as well as this towel does. My other towels are soft and fluffy - almost like blankets. I use them for a longer period when I do dry with them, so maybe the difference in material is the answer. If that is the answer, then perhaps I will get more of these. Sure, they may not be as cuddly, but they certainly get the job done.I also love the color of this towel. It is a very vibrant purple. It fits in well with the bohemian décor I am trying to establish in my household. And after a few tumbles through the washer and dryer, the overall makeup of this towel has not changed.
