My first thoughts about this headlight is very positive. I like to go camping . This will be very useful tool for me. I think price is good. It comes with 3 different chargers. One regular charger to do at home electric outlet, one with usb input, and one for car. I think this is great. I don’t know about other headlights but I can say that I liked this headlight.

This is a very nice light and bright. You can see things easy. I am thinking about purchasing another.

I have had plenty of head lamps in my time, mostly the more expensive kind. This lamp carries itself very well compared to the more expensive ones out there. It's comfortable, super bright, focus-able beam, rechargeable, and overall just a great light for the price.One, downfall as mentioned by all the other reviews is the battery compartment. It is only a piece of very soft rubber holding the batteries in the compartment and the batteries tend to loosen which causes a charging problem if your not paying attention. But knowing it was an issue, I simply placed a little piece of duct tape inside the compartment and hasn't been an issue since. I do hop the manufacturer fixes this issue, as it would be a perfect head lamp if they did.

When I first received my headlamp, I wasn't impressed at all. The batteries kept wanting to pop out of their container and it didn't seem that bright. Come to find out, it wasn't charging properly because of those batteries popping out. Once in ensured that the batteries were held in place and got a proper charge, this light was bright...and I mean BRIGHT. Awesome company that stands behind their productFINAL UPDATE (3-6-2017)Received my new headlamp in the mail a few days ago. All the issues I had with the first light were resolved. This is a great light at a great cost with a company that stands behind their product. Highly recommend this light to anyone wanting a bright headlight for raccoon hunting on a budget

This is the 5th one we have purchased, now everyone in our family has one. These have a long lasting battery and are exceptionally bright. We have a hobby farm and these keep us hands free for nighttime chores. Definitely recommend.

This sucker is BRIGHT. I've had it for two years now and am mostly satisfied. The batteries (two Li-On18650 3.6v cells in parallel) last for several hours on high, though I usually use low to make it last longer. Three issues:- Wires connecting the light to the battery board disconnected. I had to re-solder them, two separate wires, two separate instances.- Color is not great. It's a very blue light and sometimes when working on the same projected in the daylight I'll notice things i was unable to distinguish with this light on at night, such as differences in dirt color.- Battery compartment is a bit loose. Although i have run with this thing on I do not recommend it.

This headlight is AWESOME! So why only 4 stars? Well, the battery pack is a little annoying. The battery pack is soft on the back where it goes next to your head. That is all great and wonderful, however, it means that the batteries are constantly "popping out of socket" as it were. I don't always want to use this on my head since the headband can be removed and the lamp used as a belt unit. I didn't know this at first, but discovered it after doing a little digging.The light is amazingly bright too. even dim is often brighter than the flashlight I was using. Another set back is that the battery pack gets a little warm and the headlamp gets a little hot.Turns on easily, headband is adjustable, not too heavy. Yes it will take the smaller AA batteries. Rechargeable which is nice. Great for power outages, camping, biking etc. Even picking worms, but that's another story.......
