Update: this company is fabulous. I was sent a new product quickly and I am happily using it again. Great customer service and the problem was solved. Highly recommend this product and company.I absolutely loved this product in used it every day in my car. Unfortunately, after just one month, it completely fell apart when I went to fill it up with water. Great product, but there needs to be some improvement on the quality. I hate to buy another one after just one month.

When I first got the diffuser in the mail I didn't think it would work all that well. It is small and light weight and it just seemed too good to be true. I have really been into essential oils and have home diffusers so this caught my eye. I tried it out and it works so well. It was easy to put in my car. And very self explanatory. The power button is just a sensor which is really awesome because it looks a little more high end. It releases the essential oil in spurts (Intervals) that I assume are equal times. It's nice because it's not overpowering. You can use it with whatever oils you have. And that's what's great about it. You are not committed to one scent that smells cheap and fake and lingers in your car. (Most of those are just scented carcinogens). So if you are someone who likes a fresh smelling car, do your body and your car a favor and get this diffuser.

I bought this as a father's day gift. I didn't notice it was already cracked from the top till my husband pointed out. But it was working fine so I didn't let it bother too much. Well on the fifth day it just stopped working, no signs of it malfunctioning, we didnt dropped it, we were driving and it just stopped. I was really excited bc like I said at first it was amazing. But now I'm going to have to get a refund. Really a let down.

I don't know if this was damaged in route or what but I used it once and went to refill it and the top black part came apart exposing all the electronics and the inside was just a crumbling, broken mess of white plastic. The idea is good and exactly what I was looking for with the vent clip but I will be contacting amazon to return this. Buyer beware.

i was enjoying and made a video for my friends and family to get one then it then it fell apart when I screwed it off. i was so disappointed but customer service was very helpful and going to refund my money.revision: shipper sent out another one and it works great...i am satisfied with the new one it is stronger than the first one and works fine. I love it. thank you for rectifying the situation.

I actually LOVE this item! However, I have purchased 3 of them and 2 have broken (the top of diffuser becomes separated from the bottom portion). After the first 1, I thought well maybe I moved the car vent and it was too much pressure and that is what was the problem. Well, unfortunately, it just happened a 2nd time and I have been extraordinarily careful with the item (sometimes so careful it was a pain in my behind to refill it). It works great but it has become disposable and it is not cheap enough to replace after this 3rd one breaks!

LOVE this car diffuser, the humidifier worked great! Had no problems using in the car and office. A lot of cool-mist humidifiers available but trust me, this is the good choice!

These things have melted at the top and caused a huge spill in our car. I bought another one to see if it was just a glitch in one product and it did the samething in our other car. I tossed it and didn't feel like bothering the company and wasting my time.
