No equipment needed, despite the instructions. Just peel the inside liners, insert your address label or business card, press together to push out any air bubbles and it's a permanent laminated tag. The clear pack has (5) 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" tags, each with a hole punched in one short side to take one of the 6-1/2" long stretchy, transparent plastic loops to attach it to a bag. Skip the luggage loop and these are just handy-dandy, trimmable cold laminators for business cards, photos or any small documents. You get (3) packs for a total of (15) tags.
