1080P HD WiFi Bullet IP Camera (2.0 Megapixel) w/ 16GB SD Card

Camera works good. Only complaint would be the motion sensor is too sensitive. I have it on low and my cat still sets it off. Easy setup. I bought a 15 foot extension power supply cable also.Update: lasted 5 years and the infrared lights quit working so now no video at night.

This camera connected easily and the viewer was OK. However, I returned the product because the motion detection was so sensitive it false alarmed all the time. I did determine how to to adjust the sensitivity to the minimum in the software. Tech support was terrible to put it kindly, long wait, support tech didn't speak English well, and after investing about an hour was not able to assist me in my issue of overly sensitive motion detection. I actually though this was a FOSCAM when I ordered it. I have had good luck with FOSCAM gear. TC

The camera was easy to put into operation, but I couldn't figure out how to get the SD card function to work.. The manual had very little information on that function. After back and forth with the Support folks, I had to remove the front cover to see if the SD card was inserted properly. At that point, I discovered that there was no SD card installed in either of the two cameras I have ordered. The model that I ordered definitely specifies that an SD card is included.. I have requested a replacement.Otherwise, the camera works very well. Clear pictures, ability to send alarms and emails with picture to smart phones. Very sensitive on a windy day. Requires experimenting with how to set motion detection windows and sensitivity of each. Not for folks who are not technically inclined

Not the best camera but for the price they were okay. They don't always work and the app isn't all that reliable either.

I had bought this same model (although lesser resolution) a couple of years ago as a Dericam product.Couldn't find the same one when I recently tried to add another camera to the mix. Fortunately, I found this FDT model that is a match. If it turns out to be anything like the earlier model, I will be more than pleased. No glitches on set up. Ince installed it just works.

Price was attractive but you get what you pay for...I have 8 of these cameras and every one of them is failing-wifi card dies-wont connect or freeze up. I got tired of taking them down and replacing and or rebooting them. Hard wired not much better,motion detection falses a lot or not at all. The tech support is OVERSEAS and takes days to get back to you and It's like a game...even though you Detail the issue and send a log They ask What is wrong, did you reboot, is power supply ok-Really? Then it takes 2 or more days to answer the dumb question. They treat you like a kid and give you attitude when you say you bought these for security. If they are down for weeks on end what security do you have? OK we will let engineering know. The app plain sucks and is not reliable at all. I have tried but I think that's the game, to make you just go away.It worked...I am replacing all of these, just not worth the aggravation to deal with them,but the internet is a good listening place and people take notice.
