I really enjoyed this flat iron. I am a woman of color whose hair is naturally curly and I worry about my curl pattern returning after heat damage from regular flat irons. I feel that this flat iron was much better on my hair and didn’t cause as much heat damage. The steam/argon oil feature did cause my hair to come out greasier than usual so just anticipate that as you’re applying products during the straightening process. But all in all my hair got as straight as it usually does with a good flat iron and I experienced less heat damage effects on my natural hair.

I had high hopes for this product. The package came in nicely and the instructions were pretty straight forward. I've been looking for an affordable hair straightener that would not cause too much hair damage. I've heard great things about hair steamers and straighteners with ceramic plates. The only thing is that the steam only came out once, and that's it. I unfortunately did not reap the benefits of the steamer and the argon infusion. The top looks like it melted a bit. I also thought the plates were flexible but maybe it's only one plate that's flexible?

This product lasted a few months and then the oil chamber broke so I received a replacement and the replacement flat iron lasted for a few months and then the oil chamber breaks!I never received the new oil chamber that was supposed to be sent! I don’t know if it was ever sent or not but I never received it and not my flat iron is not working properly! This is my favorite flat iron and I only have this one! It has been replaced twice in the matter of 2 years is there a way you can replace it again. I don’t know how to get in contact with the seller

I was very desappointed with this flat iron. Even after over an hour flattening my hair it did not deliver the results advertised. I have wavy/curly hair. It turned into a huge poof 😔. Not buying it again. And I don’t recommend it

I loved this so much. It literally changed my life making flat ironing so fast and easy. Then one day about a month later it just didnt get warm any more and would stay at a low temp not even hot enough for the steam. Im not sure what happened. I since ordered a different steam iron from a different company. Hope it lasts!

I've been using this flat iron for two months. It heats up really fast and gets pretty hot. It doesn't produce nearly as much steam as I expected. The fingertip hold area gets really hot, too hot to actually hold when using it. Just recently the water cartridge started leaking. This item didn't come with instructions so I remove the water cartridge when I'm not using the iron. I forgot to remove the water cartridge after doing my hair one day and when I went to use it the next day the cartridge was empty and I know it was over half full When I put it away. When I removed the cartridge to refill the water and oil, the area underneath was all wet having leaked out.If all you want is an expensive flat iron that gets really hot, then this is for you. But if you want a 'steam' producing flat iron to lessen the damage to your hair... then I would pass on this product.G-naT

El producto no es la maravilla que sale en los videos calienta y no quema el pelo pero no es nada del otro mundo que no haga cualquier otra plancha el tanque se vacía muy pronto porque es muy pequeño no es mal producto pero nada que ver cómo lo promocionan que parece casi mágico mejor compren una buena marca y créanme que va a ser mejor inversión.

Item was not as described. Did not work properly. Hair remained curly after multiple passes. Increased it all the was to 450 to see if it would work. It did not. Entire iron burning hot even the finger grip at the tip of the flat iron. The iron got so hot that the writing whip off upon cleaning. No chemicals, just a paper towel. Also the bottle was not included.
