I was impressed with the quality of this item. It seemed sturdy, and I liked the design of it. My only complaint was that the individual compartments were rather small. They were too small to hold the amount of tablets that I needed, so I returned them. I'd say that each compartment will hold hold 4-6 small capsules. I take quite a few supplements each day, including large fish oil capsules, so the design didn't work with my needs. I would still recommend this item as long as the size fits your needs.
